Dori is a friend and an artist whose work we have admired for a long time. Since childhood, he has had a deep fascination with snakes — a passion that has gradually become a central part of his artistic practice.
After years working as a designer and creative director, Dori decided to dedicate himself entirely to his art, developing a distinctive body of work that combines taxidermy, craftsmanship, research and a strong visual identity.
When we found out he was preparing his first solo exhibition and needed visual content to introduce and promote his work, we immediately wanted to be part of the project.
Through a series of meetings and conversations, Morning Studio worked closely with Dori to develop a creative and visual treatment that could translate his world into film. Our aim was not simply to document his process, but to capture the atmosphere, precision and emotion behind it.
The result is an artist film that explores the delicate process behind his work: the time, patience and care involved in taxidermy, and the quiet transformation that takes place before each piece comes to life.
